One Legal now provides you with your own personal Dashboard, displaying:
Job Score -- your overall current Job Score is featured in the upper right-hand corner with all six contributing elements displayed underneath; plus your job score from the previous month can be see highlighted in red beneath your current score, as well as your job capacity information in the left-hand column
Mobile App Usage -- your Mobile App percentage from the current month (with an attempt breakdown at each monthly point -- just hover over each); 5 previous months are provided for context
To Do Lists -- indicators signifying
- Assigned Jobs Pending Acceptance (green if within SLA; red if not),
- Past Due Attempts (red if any jobs are out of SLA), and
- Affidavits Needing Signature (again, green if within SLA; red if not);
all three are linked directly to the queues for each in your One Legal account
Current Service Success Rates **NEW** -- graphical displays of your service/non-service results breakdown by month and an overall current service success rate percentage in the top right-hand corner
Announcements -- updates from the One Legal team on a more timely basis than the monthly newsletter - with links to more expansive discussions of that topic elsewhere (usually in the Contractor Support page)
Contact Information -- quick links to email the Contractor Success Team (General Inquiries), go to a form to ask questions about payment issues (Payment Inquiries), and find informative articles relating to successfully serving for One Legal (Support Articles)
