Timely payment for your services is a cornerstone of our relationship with you as a contractor. Here’s how payment works through the ServeManager wallet, ensuring you're compensated regularly for the work you complete.

ServeManager Wallet: You are paid for the One Legal assignments that you complete into your ServeManager Wallet. Learn more: How Will I get Paid?

Payment Frequency

  • Regular Disbursements: We process payments every weekday, ensuring that you receive compensation promptly for jobs completed the previous day. This regular payout schedule helps you manage your finances with greater predictability and ease.

Criteria for Completed Jobs

  • Service of Process: Payments for service of process are made once we receive a signed affidavit confirming the service, or confirmation that the address provided was incorrect (bad address).

  • Courtesy Copies: Jobs involving the delivery of courtesy copies are considered complete once they are in "delivered" status.

  • Physical Court Filings: For physical court filings, the job is completed when we receive court-stamped face pages, indicating successful filing.

Viewing Your Payments

  • Wallet Balance: Each payment day, your ServeManager wallet balance will be updated to reflect new transactions.

  • Transaction Details: You can view a table of recent transactions in your wallet, which details each job you’ve been paid for, including the amount and date of the transaction. This transparency allows you to track your earnings and understand exactly what you are being paid for.

Transferring Funds

  • At Your Discretion: You can request a transfer of funds from your wallet to your bank account at any time. This flexibility means you can manage your cash flow according to your needs, without having to wait for set pay periods.

  • Transfer Options: Standard speed transfers, which typically take 2-4 days, are free of charge. For those needing quicker access to their funds, speedy transfers (less than 24 hours) are available for a nominal fee of $5.
