Applying to Be a Contractor

If you are not yet a contractor and are interested in joining our team, start by filling out the application on our dedicated page:


Managing Specific Job Issues

For any queries or concerns related to a job you are currently handling or have accepted:

  • Non-Urgent Queries: Use the note feature on the job's page within ServeManager. We aim to respond within 4 hours during business hours (7 AM to 6 PM PT). Learn more: Using Notes in ServeManager.

  • Urgent Queries: If you require immediate assistance, especially when on location, please call us at (855) 240-0732. We strive to answer these calls within 3 minutes during business hours.


Payment Inquiries

For specific questions regarding payment for a job:

  • Inquiry Form: Please use the Contractor Payment Inquiry Form to submit any payment-related questions. This ensures your inquiry is directed to the appropriate team and handled efficiently. We commit to an initial response within 72 hours and aim to resolve all issues within 14 days.


General Contractor Support

For any other inquiries related to your partnership with One Legal, including account updates, credential verification, job types, ratings, job performance, coverage areas, payment methods, taking time off, or incidents affecting your work:
