Verifying Your Bank Account
Option 1: Instant Account Verification with Plaid:
Fast and Secure: For most banks, Plaid provides a quick and secure way to verify your bank details instantly. Plaid is a trusted financial services verification app used widely across financial platforms.
How to Use Plaid:
Within the wallet tab, select the option to verify your bank account.
Choose Plaid from the available services.
Follow the on-screen prompts to log into your bank account securely through Plaid.
Once verified, your bank details are immediately linked to your ServeManager wallet.
Option 2: Micro-Deposit Verification by Dwolla (for banks not using Plaid):
Verification Process:
If your bank isn’t supported by Plaid, ServeManager offers micro-deposit verification through Dwolla. This method involves sending two small deposits (each less than $0.10) to your bank account.
You’ll see these deposits in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Once you receive the deposits, log back into your ServeManager wallet, navigate to the verification section, and enter the amounts of the two deposits to complete the verification process.
