Beginning October 2025, One Legal started paying bonuses for contractors who excel in delivering on our agreed-to service level agreements across the six elements that combine in the Job Scoring algorithm (see the article on Job Scoring for more details).
Bonuses will be based on the total number of process service jobs completed in that month, if you have attainted the status of Elite Partner (contractors with a job score of 4.80 or greater). Contractors who completed 5 or more jobs in a calendar month and are Verified on the Wallet are eligible to receive the bonuses. The incentives for each month will be calculated the first week of the following month and paid by mid-month. For example: bonuses for all process service jobs completed in October are calculated the first week of November, and Elite Partners will be paid the appropriate amount via Wallet by the end of the second week in November.
[And, of course, equally important, your Job Score also drives your Assignment Percentage. Elite Partners (4.80 and higher) will receive 100% of their calculated Max Vol allotment, Trusted Partners (4.60-4.79) get 80%, and succeeding levels of Partners receive lower percentages depending on their job score average from the previous month.]
***NEW*** One Legal added another bonus generator beginning in January 2026 for contractors who perform their 1st Attempt on a job within the service level agreement on 95% of their jobs or more. This bonus will be in addition to the Job Score bonus detailed above. So, essentially, two possible bonuses for doing the good work you were going to do anyway.
