What if I miss a deadline? What if I serve the wrong person? What if I file a document late? What if I file a document in the wrong court? What if I hear of another Tracker with a major issue?

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. Sometimes those mistakes are intentional but often times they are honest mistakes. In any event, InfoTrack Exchange must adhere to it's Service Failure Reporting policy and that requires your help as a Tracker. If something goes wrong, reach out and let us know ASAP.
